from my mother and father, and began formal private instruction from a teacher who was very popular at that time on Q.A. in
Seattle (1969) and his name is Duncan Mckenna...

James was amazing through the whole process of planning the
music for our wedding. From the first day we booked through Gigmasters to the day after the wedding he has gone above and
beyond, constantly staying in touch to help us to choose songs, changing arrangements to fit our needs and playing the most
beautiful music we have ever heard. He was extremely organized and punctual, showing up many hours before he was scheduled
to make sure he would be set up and ready in time for our ceremony. Many of our guests commented on how beautifully he played.
We would absolutely recommend James to play for any event, his professionalism, kindness, and talent is priceless.

We hired James for our daughter's wedding in August of 2008.
It poured down rain (actually setting a record that day) and James was so professional and accomodating around our rain problems.
He was soaked getting his gear to the pavillion, but he performed beautifully for the hour before the service, during the
service and after. He even worked up a rendition of Pachabel's cannon in D for my husband and I as we renewed our vows for
our 25th anniversary that same day. We met with James prior to the wedding and he played pieces for us and even did some extra
videos of other selections for my daughter to pick from. He is someone I'd highly recommend. Thank you James!!
